Human Clinical Study 1: Effects of Recoupedrol on patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Result: Recoupedrol was tested on 130 patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis in a double-blind placebo-controlled study for 3 months and followed by 9 months open label study. After 12 months of treatment the C-reactive protein reduced significantly by 68 % in patients treated with Recoupedrol.
Recoupedrol showed significant improvement in all Arthritic symptoms after 12 months treatment.
Human Clinical Study 2: Effect of Recoupedrol on pro- inflammatory markers related to muscle soreness during acute eccentric resistance exercise in young subjects.
Result: Recoupedrol treated group shown significant reduction in Pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1ra.
Human Clinical Study 3: Effect of RECOUPEDROL evaluated on facial skin and its use-in skin tolerance in women. Anti-aging effect of RECOUPEDROL on facial skin evaluated in women by Monocentric, double blinded, placebo controlled, randomized parallel study.
Result: RECOUPEDROL showed significant improvement in skin elasticity, skin roughness and collagen distribution on day 30 from baseline whereas placebo did not show these improvements from baseline. Also, skin barrier properties are maintained on day 30 and day 60.

The steroidal glycosides in Testosurge® enhance the effectiveness of testosterone by competitively binding with SHBG. When testosterone is released into the bloodstream approximately 60-70% of it binds to SHBG. The steroidal glycosides from Testosurge® binds to SHBG and make testosterone free and bioavailable.
On the other hand, the flavonoid glycosides in Testosurge® play a role in increasing testosterone production. They achieve this by enhancing the expression of the steroidogenic acute regulatory (StAR) protein in Leydig cells.
